  Attended this centre for some time. All Doctors are very good So would rate them 4. Some of the reception staff, however, made the exp a bad one. When attending to my appointments I noticed that only one of the receptionist was very attentive. The other one would consistently ignore I was there waiting to be looked after even though there was nobody else waiting. And when someone else turn up she would look after them first!!! I then booked 2 appointments but was not able to attend and forgot to cancel as had my child in and out of hospital. One day I received a call from one of their receptionists who stated with a rude tone that I had to cancel. I replied that I understood an apologised for not cancelling. She replied by hanging the phone on me. Months later I tried to make another appt and when the receptionist got my details told me that I was the one that did not cancel appts!!! I Asked friends in the area to recommend anorher medical centre and they all agreed that this particular one did have a particulary rude receptionist who was particularly rude to people with an accent or whose English was a second language. Maybe this was the reason one of the receptionist was always rude.
